Get out of a muddle with Babyhuddle

Three years ago, between bouts of panic and frequent attempts at sleeping while I still could, I sometimes took the time to go and sit serenely in the box room which was scarily soon to become the ‘baby room’, and survey the multitude of things which surrounded me.

Moses basket, baby bath, swing seat, tiny sleepsuits and vests and a mountain of nappies all sat before me in pristine piles, waiting for the Wee Man to arrive and begin using them.

And at the time, I remember thinking ‘this is quite a lot of stuff’ and ‘how amazing that such a small person can require* so many, many things’.

*defined as ‘find useful in a multitude of ways which make life easier for his parents’ rather than the traditional ‘needs it or will die’ interpretation of the word

Little did I know that in the coming months and years, the initial small mountain would become perhaps the tallest mountain IN THE WORLD! (Not literally. But it sometimes seems that way).

Every stage of development brings forth new challenges, new things which make life a bit more difficult for parents, and – thanks to all the innovators out there – other things which help counteract the difficulty.

Along with these challenges however I find that my lack of being able to remember stuff has a key part to play in addressing the resulting chaos.

Which is where Babyhuddle comes in useful.

Not only does it contain information about a massive range of products for every eventuality, but it also has helpful reviews and information from other mums and dads – some of whom most likely will have gone through whichever stage you have currently reached and can point out some sanity-saving gems which might help you along to the next stage on the list with as little fuss (and as much enjoyment) as possible.

Not only that, but you can create your own lists, meaning you won’t forget the name of that wonder product that someone recommended to you, or the place you could buy the things you thought might come in handy in two months time. And if you’re not sure what you should be putting on the list in the first place, you can ask a question and pretty quickly you’ll get some helpful answers!

Here, for example, is my latest list of things to aspire to:

and here is my previous list, of things I now own and love for making my life easier:

So next time you’re in a pickle, why not check Babyhuddle out? Or alternatively, check it out right now and we could both be in with a chance of winning £100 of brilliant baby stuff! Just write a list of your dream baby products and tag it with my blog name. Easy!

Now I’m off to dream about my baby mountain some more…
