Meal Planning Monday
With Bubby D starting solids, and the household budget becoming ever tighter, I thought it was about time we joined in with #mealplanningmonday…
Breakfasts will consist of the following:
Instant oat cereal, weetabix, toast and home made lemon curd (it needs eating up!) or greek yoghurt with fruit. On thursday, little people permitting, we may have a go at eggy bread.
Lunch:
Tuesday – Jacket potato with tuna and spring onions
Wednesday – Pasta with hidden vegetable sauce
Thursday – Pizza toast
Friday – Chickpea patties with pitta bread
Saturday – Whatever is left over at the Nearly New Sale bakery
Sunday – Chicken, lettuce and salad cream rolls with crisps
Dinner:
Tuesday – Thai stir fry with fishcakes
Wednesday – Spaghetti bolognese
Thursday – Smoked salmon linguine
Friday – Whatever the Other Half cooks
Saturday – Lamb stew
Sunday – Homemade burgers, salad and homemade chips
So…lets see how that all pans out 🙂
