Meal Planning Monday – 26th March
Ok, so following last weeks foray into the world of #mealplanningmonday, all did not go to plan.
The Other Half and the Wee Man had different ideas a lot of the time when it came to what they fancied eating, and so some of my planned meals have defaulted to this week instead.
Additionally, I cannot find my carton of chickpeas anywhere. Which made making chickpea fritters impossible.
So, fingers crossed, this week will be more achievable. In that vein, I’m not assigning days to meals, but instead, giving a list of meal options. Potentially more achievable in the ‘I don’t want that!’ stakes, I’m thinking…
Meals this week:
Spaghetti bolognese
Lamb stew
Homemade chips and burgers
Oven baked fish (mackerels perhaps) with roasted vegetables and couscous
Stir fried beef and noodles
Homemade pizza with peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, mozarella and whatever else is in the fridge and needs using
and, assuming I can procure some chickpeas…chickpea fritters!
